CIANT | Enter Festival | Prague | Czech Republic
The International Center for Art and New Technologies (CIANT) is an organization specialized in the field of arts, sciences and new technologies. At the same time artistic laboratory, gallery, centre of formation, producer of artistic and cultural events, of interdisciplinary projects of co-operation, CIANT organizes also the festival ENTER, international window of the creative practices located at the crossroads of art, science and technology. In 2011, the fifth edition of the festival will approach in particular the topic of mobility.

Hangar is a centre for artistic creation located in the district of Poblenou in Barcelona. Occupying 1800 m2 in an industrial renovated building, Hangar is a multipurpose place which goal is to support rising generation of artists independently of the mediums that they use. The centre thus offers to the local artists the hiring of spaces at very suitable prices; the access to the equipment, to programs and to technicians specialized in creation and digital technologies. Finally, Hangar organizes international exchanges and artistic residences.

Makata is an association which mission is European integration by art. It thus establishes relations between Poland and the other European countries, by organizing the exchange of cultural projects such as festivals, workshops, exhibitions, international and intercultural artistic projects. Makata supports and promotes young artists as well as independent art, and encourages the participation in the cultural life of the excluded, disabled, sick people. Makata organizes the Moving Closer festival, strongly linked to the local area network and open to international creation.

French Cultural Centre of Timisoara | SurExpositions | Romania
The department for cultural action of the CCF promotes intercultural dialogue, emerging cultures and young contemporary creation. It organises events which objectives are to regenerate cultural practices, to encourage new emergences, to call for meetings between the audiences and the artistic field, to provoke a transverse synergy between young European creators, and especially Romanian, French artists, and to promote the implementation of an interdisciplinary network in Timisoara in the European context.

The international universitary City of Paris (CIUP) represents the strongest concentration halls of residence of the city and the area Ile-de-France: 5.500 beds are distributed in 37 houses or foundations with varied styles, offering an incredible exhibition of architecture of the 20th century. Modernizing without damaging this heritage raises difficulties and is one of the issues of this site, which also presents many stakes of urban development. The CIUP is partner of the European programme of research and artistic experimentation SmartCity, on the topic of the creative and sustainable city, organized by Dédale.
